County booking records and booking photos are handled by the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office Records Department. The public lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except holidays.

Mailed requests go to Yuma County Sheriff’s Office, Attn: Records Department, 141 S. 3rd Avenue, Yuma, AZ 85364. For an urgent county-jail custody check, call the Yuma County Detention Center at (928) 782-9871. The following routes separate each type of request.

- For a city incident report or related photo, contact the police records office in Yuma, San Luis, or Somerton rather than YCSO Records.
- For a possible warrant, identify the case through the Arizona court index and confirm it with the issuing court. YCSO does not give warrant information by phone.
